What are Inhale Nasal Strips?

Inhale Nasal Strips work by externally lifting and opening the nasal passages, providing a drug-free solution that can help to reduce nasal congestion and improve airflow.

How do I know it's on right?

It varies a bit person to person. We've found that the best spot is slightly above the nostrils, centred on the bridge of your nose. We call it the "tent" of your nose.

Test out a few different placements - you'll know where it works and feels best. If you notice increased airflow, you've placed it right.

You should go "wow!", or "is this how most people breathe?"

(See application page for recommended placement)

Will it leave a mark on my nose after I remove it?

Application site reactions may occur such as redness, irritation, pain, peeling or bleeding. Please follow proper application and removal procedures to mitigate reactions and irritations.

Hypersensitivity reactions including rash, itching, and swelling may occur when using the nasal strips. If this occurs, discontinue use.

Do they expire?

Yes - all Inhale Nasal Strips have an expiration that can be found on the bag.

Who should not use Inhale Nasal Strips?

Children under the age of 5, or people with latex allergies should not use Inhale Nasal Strips. The package is sealed with natural rubber latex, which may cause allergic reactions.

Will an Inhale Nasal Strip cure my sleep apnea?

While Nasal Strips can help facilitate breathing, they are not intended to treat sleep apnea - and won’t cure it.
